Yes, He is. A while ago, Justin had a really bad Hater. The hater said some really nasty things the Bieber. Justin has a Twitter account. On his Twitter account, four million people where online and looking at his account. He wanted to get revenge on the hater so he posted the Hater's phone number and said it was his. Man, the Hater had so many calls, his phone died out in two minutes.The Hater was so angry at Justin and he still hates him, but even more. Will Justin Bieber's atitude improve or will it not? Will Justin be OVER?
